1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("client", "you") and GoSchengen ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
2. Our Services
GoSchengen provides visa facilitation and documentation services, including:
- Tracking and securing appointment slots at official visa application centers
- Preparation of application forms, cover letters, and supporting documentation
- Verification and auditing of submitted documents against consular requirements
- General guidance on visa categories and eligibility
We are an independent facilitation service. We do not issue visas, and all final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority.

By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances relevant to your application
- Attend your scheduled appointment(s) on time with all required original documents
- Not use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we reasonably believe information provided is false or misleading.
5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are separate from official government or consular visa fees, which are paid directly to the relevant authority and are outside our control. Our fees cover appointment facilitation and document preparation services only. Full fee details are provided at the time of booking or via a formal quotation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Service fees paid to GoSchengen are generally non-refundable once work on your application has commenced, given the time-sensitive and resource-intensive nature of appointment tracking and document preparation. Government or consular fees paid directly to third parties are subject to their own refund policies, which we do not control. Specific refund terms, where applicable, are set out in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSchengen shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusals, delays, or decisions made by embassies, consulates, or government authorities
- Losses arising from changes to immigration rules or policies beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost travel bookings or missed events
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the GoSchengen website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of GoSchengen or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
