    The GoSchengen advantage

Comprehensive Schengen Visa Services for UK Residents & BRP / eVisa Holders

Applying independently often leads to missed slots, incorrect documentation, and avoidable visa refusals. As your Schengen visa agent in the UK, we simplify your journey by managing both your appointment booking and your complete paperwork.

    Real-Time Cancellation & Slot Tracking

Application centers release cancelled appointment slots unexpectedly. Our tracking system flags newly released openings quickly, so you can book your express Schengen visa appointment before they're gone. Where a center uses a booking queue, such as TLScontact Germany, we handle your registration and confirmation instead.

    Fast-track appointments

Full End-to-End Application & Document Management

A secured slot needs a strong, complete file. We manage your entire paperwork from start to finish:

    • Official visa application form filing (France-Visas, VIDEX, VFS, TLS and BLS portals)
    • Custom cover letters tailored to your travel itinerary
    • Verifiable flight reservations & hotel bookings
    • Schengen-compliant travel medical insurance
    • Category-specific proofs (employer letters, student enrolment, benefit statements, refugee documentation)
    Document checking service

Profile-Based Risk Audit & Refusal Support

Every traveler has a unique profile. Whether you are employed, a student, self-employed, receiving UK government benefits, or traveling on a refugee travel document, we audit your financial and personal proofs against the requirements of your destination's consulate. Refused before? We review the refusal reasons and rebuild your file for re-application.

Popular Schengen Destinations & Processing Centers

Each Schengen country uses an official visa application center operator in the UK — TLScontact, VFS Global or BLS International. We handle appointments and end-to-end file preparation for all of them.

Schengen Visa Requirements for UK Residents (eVisa Holders)

If you hold a visa-required non-EU passport — such as an Indian, Pakistani, Turkish, Nigerian, or many Asian and Middle Eastern passports — and reside in the UK under an eVisa status (Skilled Worker, Student, Spouse, Refugee/Asylum, or ILR), you need a short-stay Schengen visa (Type C) to travel to Europe. British passport holders don't need one for trips of up to 90 days.

    Customer Profile & Documentation

Customized file preparation for every profile: embassy requirements vary significantly depending on your financial and residency background. Whether you are employed, self-employed, a student, living on government benefits, or holding refugee status, GoSchengen structures your cover letter, bank proofs, and sponsor letters according to your specific profile. Avoid Common Visa Refusals

Many Schengen visa refusals and rejected submissions come from avoidable mistakes — unverified hotel bookings, an unclear bank balance history, or travel insurance that doesn't meet Schengen rules. GoSchengen audits every document before you step into the VFS, TLS or BLS center. Already been refused? See our Schengen visa refusal & re-application support.

Book as early as you can — most consulates accept applications up to 6 months before travel. Cancelled slots are released without notice, so checking frequently makes a real difference, and some centers (such as TLScontact Germany in London and Manchester) now use a first-come, first-served queue where you must confirm within 12 hours.

Our fast-track Schengen visa appointment service tracks releases and handles queue registration for you. Note that "fast track" means a faster appointment: most consulates do not offer paid express processing, and no one can skip official queues or guarantee a specific date.

A Schengen visa agent helps you book your appointment at the official application center and prepares your file — forms, cover letter, bookings, insurance and a full document check. It's most worth it if you're short on time, struggling to find slots, have a complex profile (self-employed, sponsored, on benefits) or have been refused before.

The visa decision is always made by the consulate, so a trustworthy agent will never promise approval.

Both. Our complete end-to-end Schengen visa service covers appointment support, official form filing, your personal cover letter, verifiable flight and hotel itineraries, Schengen-compliant travel insurance, and a pre-submission file audit. If you already have your documents, our document checking service reviews them on their own.

No. GoSchengen is an independent visa facilitation service. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, VFS Global, TLScontact or BLS International. Official visa and center service fees are paid to them directly and are separate from our fee.

Yes. GoSchengen is a UK-based, independent visa facilitation service that works exclusively with UK residents on Schengen and international visas, and is rated 4.7 on Trustpilot by verified clients. We're transparent about what we do: we help you book appointments and prepare your file, we confirm our price before you pay, and we never promise a visa — only the consulate decides. Read more about GoSchengen.

It depends on your destination and whether you need appointment support, full file preparation, or both. We confirm your total price before you pay anything — WhatsApp us your destination and travel dates for a quote. This is separate from the official €90 Schengen visa fee and the application center's service fee.

No. UK citizens holding a British passport do not need a visa for short trips (up to 90 days in any 180-day period) to the Schengen Area, though they are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System at the border. Our services are tailored for UK residents, immigrants, expats, students, and workers holding non-EU passports.

Apply to the country where you will spend the most nights. If you'll spend equal time in several countries, apply to the one you enter first. Choosing a country only because its appointments look easier can lead to refusal.

See our guides for France, Spain, Italy, Germany and all popular Schengen countries.

Often yes, but it depends on the country. Each consulate sets a minimum period your UK status must stay valid after your trip — for example, at least 1 month for Germany and Switzerland, and at least 3 months for Italy. If your renewal is pending with the Home Office, we help you present the right UKVI letters alongside a strong file.

Yes. Many people still call their UK residence permit a "BRP", but physical BRP cards have now been replaced by eVisas. Consulates check your current status online using a "prove your immigration status" share code from GOV.UK, and some may also ask to see your BRP if you still have one. What matters is that your UK permission is valid long enough after your trip for your chosen country. We check your share code and dates before you book.

No. You must be legally resident in the UK — for example on a work, study, family or settled status. Holders of a UK visitor visa need to apply from their country of residence.

Yes. We prepare tailored documentation for all legal UK status holders — employed professionals, university students, refugee or asylum status holders with travel documents, and people receiving UK benefits. Some countries, such as Germany and Switzerland, let holders of UK refugee travel documents visit without a visa for short stays, so we check this first.

Typically: the application form, a passport issued within 10 years with two blank pages, your UK share code, your last 3 months of bank statements, an employer, student or self-employment letter, a cover letter, confirmed flight and hotel bookings, €30,000 travel medical insurance and recent photos. Each consulate adds its own rules — for example, Switzerland wants several documents dated within the last week.

There's no single Schengen-wide amount — each country sets its own expectation. Germany, for example, asks for at least £40 per day of your stay. In all cases, consulates look for steady income and a balance that clearly covers your trip, shown on recent UK bank statements (usually the last 3 months). Sudden large deposits without explanation can raise doubts.

You'll receive a refusal letter listing the reasons. You can usually appeal within the deadline stated in the letter, or submit a fresh application that fixes the issues. Re-applying with the same file rarely works.

Our Schengen visa refusal & re-application support reviews the reasons and rebuilds your file.

The official Schengen visa fee is €90 for adults and children aged 12+, €45 for children aged 6–11, and free for children under 6. It's usually charged in pounds at the current exchange rate, plus a service fee from VFS Global, TLScontact or BLS International. Visa fees are non-refundable, including if a visa is refused.

Most consulates decide within 15 calendar days of your biometric appointment, extendable up to 45 days in individual cases. Some are faster — Switzerland usually takes about 5 working days. You can apply up to 6 months before travel and usually no later than 15 days before. In peak season, getting the appointment is often the slowest step, so start early.

You don't need ETIAS — it's only for travellers who don't need a visa. But since 10 April 2026, the EU Entry/Exit System (EES) records your fingerprints and photo at the Schengen border on your first entry, replacing passport stamps. Allow extra time at the airport.
